OK, here it goes for any fellow "ragazzi" wanting to spear in Florida: Spearfishing is LEGAL including with SCUBA if you follow certain restrictions. 1. You need a valid Florida fishing licensce (you can get one at www.eangler.com) 2. You cannot spearfish closer that 100 yards from a public beach, pier or bridge where fishing is allowed. 3. You cannot spear types of fish (tropicals, parrotfish, sharks, rays, billfish, permit, jewfish). 4. You HAVE to follow the same size restrictions as the other fishermen (for example you cannot spear grouper (cernia) smaller that 24 inches). 5. Use of

Anybody knows how the American team did in the championship? I understand that Pedro Carbonell won first place. I am using the Beuchat Mundial Carbon Pro that he sponsors and last weekend I got a nice amberjack (?"Ricciola" in italian).
