Non funziona più il sito della CMAS, comunque l'incredibile era che nell'opuscolo in cui presentano Kazan tra i prezzi al giorno un po' più di 100 euro (un'enormità per il posto) erano "giustificati" dalla richiesta di 65000 euro da parte della CMAS alla fed russa non ho fatto in tempo a leggere il tutto ma le cifre erano più o meno queste.

Gli sport a calendario erano pinnato orientamento apnea

CMAS GAMES 2013 KAZAN (RUSSIA)

THE GOVERNMENT OF TATARSTAN REPUBLIK AND RUSSIAN

UNDERWATER FEDERATION would like to invite all National Federations of

Underwater sport to take part in II CMAS Games in Kazan (Tatarstan Republic,

Russia) on 3-13 of August 2013 and guarantee the success of the event. The

organisation of CMAS Games is supported by Russian Olympic Committee,

Ministry of Sport of Russia, Federal National-Cultural Tatar’s Autonomy, Ministry

of Youth, Sports and Tourism Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The Republic of Tatarstan is a democratic constitutional state, a constituent territory

of the Russian Federation. The Head of State and the highest-ranked official of the

Republic of Tatarstan is the President, who heads the executive branch of the

government. The State Council (Parliament) of the Republic of Tatarstan is the

superior representative and legislative body. Kazan, the capital of the Republic of

Tatarstan, is a municipality.

KAZAN is the symbol of tolerance, peaceful and harmonious coexistence of

civilizations, religions and cultures, a unique example in Russia and the rest of the

world. The city's residents are known for their kindness and friendliness, interconfessional

and inter-ethnic harmony.

In 2005 Russia celebrated the 1000th anniversary of Kazan. In 1401 the modern city

became the capital of a powerful Tartar khanate, which emerged from the empire of

the Golden Horde. The city is one of the largest cultural centers of the country

famous for its unique architecture.

Kazan, showing its traditional cordiality, is eager to greet everyone who wishes to

celebrate the ideals of the sports movement, the spirit of youth, health and fair

competition. Kazan is eager to make a maximum contribution to the development

and strengthening of the whole CMAS family.

KAZAN IS THE CAPITAL OF SPORT OF RUSSIA. Kazan has rich experience

of organizing international events, including important tournaments. Sport became a

part of cultural and everyday life of this ancient city with a young soul.

Kazan is perfectly planned to host the CMAS Games: the city has well-developed

sports and hotel infrastructure, and all the venues are situated inside or in the range

of 15 km from the Universiade Athletes' Village. The Village itself will be located in

an ecologically clean area.

Every year Kazan welcome European and World Championships in different sport.

Kazan is the host city for the 2013 Summer Universiade, 2015 FINA World

Championship of water sport and 2018 FIFA World Cup.

In 2010 European Championship in finswimming took place in Kazan. 20 countries

accepted the invitation and participated in that event. They all confirmed that the

competitions were successful and fun.

The climate is moderate continental. Average air temperature in August is +23 °C,

average humidity – 64%, daily precipitation rate – 70 mm, wind force does not

exceed 2 points of the Beaufort scale.

ACCOMMODATION, DINING AND TRANSFER. Kazan is able to

accommodate all the National teams in a new Student athletes, built for the World

Students Games 2013. Capacity of the Village 12 000 people.

The Village’s dining hall consists of four halls and have a total capacity of

approximately 3,000 seats. A great variety of food, well-balanced to fulfill the

energy demands of athletes.

Rooms single, double, tripple. All room will be providedwith air conditioners, toilets

and showers.

Shuttle transfer is providing during the competitions.

One of the best hotel of Kazan «Courtyard by Marriott Kazan Kremlin» will

welcome CMAS VIPS.

SPORTFACILITIES.

Finswimming and Apnea: New Olympic swimming pool 10 lanes, OMEGA

system with all necessary facilities located directly in the Athletes village.

Sport diving: New swimming pool 50x25 split in 2 parts, 7 minutes from the

athletes village by shuttle provided by the organiser.

Rugby and aquathlon: Swimming pool 21 x 15m x 5m, 20 minutes from the

athletes village by shuttle provided by the organiser

Orienteering and long distance: Volga river bay without current, 15 minutes from

the athletes village by shuttle provided by the organiser.

DOPING CONTROL. The Federal Statute “On sports in the Russian Federation”

is valid from March 30, 2008. It includes anti-doping regulations. The Russian

Federation has also ratified the International Convention Against Doping in Sports

and the Anti-Doping Convention of the European Council. The World Anti-Doping

Agency has accredited an “Anti-doping Center” to carry out doping tests. This

certified laboratory will be working in Kazan during the CMAS Games.

The Ministry of Public Health Care of the Republic of Tatarstan guarantees to

provide MEDICAL SERVICE, the most up-to-date equipment for first medical aid,

as well as for more long-term treatment.

SECURITY. Kazan has a rich experience of hosting major events including sports

competitions. The level of security provided during the CMAS Games will satisfy

the highest demands. The Athletes’ Village will be guarded twenty-four hours a day

by law enforcement officers. In order to prevent illegal trespassing, the territory will

be regularly patrolled and CCTV cameras will be used.

VISAS. Foreign citizens can enter the Russian Federation upon presenting valid

identification documents with an appropriate entry visa issued by authorized bodies.

To get visa the participants have to send the request to Russian Underwater

Federation not later then 1,5 month before entry. For EU 20 days before entry.

KAZAN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

The Kazan International Airport is the only airport in the capital of Tatarstan. It is

located 26 kilometers away to the south-east of the city. At present the airport

handles around 1,5 million passengers a year and operates flights to cities in Russia

and abroad. The flights are carried out by the following airlines Lufthansa, Aeroflot,

Turkish Airlines, Fly Dubai, S7, Transaero, Ak Bars Aero, Aero Tatarstan, Ural

Airlines, UTair.

MEDIA. About 7 federal and satellite Russian channels, including Channel 1,

Rossiya, Channel 5 , Sport Channel, REN TV, Zvezda, 7TV will provide the

coverage of the event. Tatarstan’s ТNV Broadcasting Company has an opportunity

to transmit satellite signal (through the Mir Broadcasting Company’s satellite) to the

other channels’ satellites.
